The right to protection of personal data, as a basic human and citizen right is guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia which guarantees the security and confidentiality of personal data.

• about the personal data regarding the subject of the personal data and the source of the data and
• for automated processing, in the case of a decision made based on automatic processing, which has an impact on the subject of personal data.

Financial companies Financial Center Credit BS LLC is obliged to respond to the subject of personal data, within 15 days from the day of receipt of the request.

When Financial companies Financial Center Credit BS LLC responded to the subject's request for personal data from the paragraph 1 of this article, has no obligation to respond again to the same or similar request of that entity, if there are no changes in his personal data in the meantime, unless six months have passed from the date of delivery of the previous request to the new request.

Stopping the processing of personal data

The subject of personal data has the right at any time, to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.

The subject of personal data can submit the Request in any branch of the Financial Company Financial Credit Center BS DOO Skopje throughout the Republic of Macedonia.

Copy of ID card

Правењето копии на лични карти е регулирано во Законот за спречување на перење пари и други приноси од казниво дело и финансирање на тероризам.
