– Pledge of movable objects;

– Orders PP30 Blanco signed by client;
– Pledge of Securities.
Mortgages and pledges are subject to assessment / re-assessment min. 1 per annum. They should be insured, vinkulirani and policies in favor of FD (with the exception if there is no exposure arising Framework Agreement limit)
Financial company reserves the right to require additional collateral depending on the amount of the request and the results of credit analysis, and according to the decision of the Credit Committee.

Value of collateral

1. Real estate mortgage (to 75% the appraised value of the property);
2. Pawn Vehicle (to a maximum 50% the value of the vehicle);
3. Bet on dedicated cash deposit deposited in a bank

– By signing a contract for possessory pledge

– For deposit in local currency or EUR that serves as security for individual loan, revolving credit, factoring, warranty, credit Card,FD finances up 97% the pledge;

– Deposit in USD, which serves as security for an individual loan, revolving credit, factoring, warranty, credit Card,FD finances up 90% the pledge

– By submitting a request by the client if there is no exposure on the basis of the Framework limit and if they are paid all expenses to FD arising from the Agreement Framework limit
