Interkalarna dagger: From the date of disbursement to date of calculation of the first installment in the amount of the nominal interest rate.

Annual rate of total costs (SVT) -30,72% for a loan of 200.000 MKD and repayment 36 months.

*On the amount of PRTC affect the repayment period of the loan, loan amount, amount of loan costs included in the calculation of RTE and the amount of the nominal interest rate.

Loan reduced by the amount of costs, commitment fee, etc. are used with:
– payment in cash in the treasury FD
– transferring funds to the account of the borrower
– otherwise at the discretion of the borrower.
The borrower is obliged to conclude a loan agreement with PD and it will be repaid by
determined conditions.

Loan repayment: Credit be repaid in equal monthly installments. Annuity contains principal part of interest. The first installment due under the amortization schedule or under contract.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The right to use the loan have citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, personal users of the Pension Fund of Macedonia with permanent residence in the Republic of Macedonia.
