The borrower is obliged to conclude a loan agreement with PD and it will be repaid under specified conditions.
Loan repayment: Credit be repaid in equal monthly installments.
Annuity contains principal part of interest.
The first installment due under the amortization schedule or under contract.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The right to use the loan have citizens of the Republic of Macedonia with permanent residence in
Republic of Macedonia, with full-time employment based on no / definite time in the solvent
enterprises / companies eligible for FD (notwithstanding the employment based on fixed minimum 2 years with the same employer).
Participants in the loan on the maturity date of the final installment under the loan agreement can not be older than 64 for men and 62 years for women.
FD determine creditworthiness of the borrower.
The loan is capable of lending, when there is a regular monthly income from salary and its credit exposure, determined by a report from ICD, no non-performing loans and sued.
In the creditworthiness of the borrower can include documentation for extraordinary income.
FD in the process of processing the loan application despite the determined advance documentation reserves the right to require additional documentation and determine other creditability

OTHER cONDITIONS
All costs related to approval, use and repayment of the loan shall bear the borrower.
FD reserves the right to decide at its discretion differently in determining the creditworthiness and
provision.
For early repayment of the loan FD calculated and charged commission 0,5% nedostasanata of principal.
For employees in private firms need to submit the following documents:
– Rekapitulari last 3 (three) months
– M1 / M2 sample
– Terminal Current condition of the central register ( not older than 6 six months)
– Extract from bank account (the last 6 months)
– Memorandum of company ( basic data on the company ) - certified
